Shipping Origin and Order Processing

Orders ship from Shenzhen, China. We dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at the shipping origin.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping
Shipping fee: US$20 per order.
Estimated transit time: 12–15 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping
Shipping fee: US$45 per order.
Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Order processing time is additional to the estimated transit time. Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs clearance, carrier operations and public holidays. These estimates do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from China. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees that are not collected at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are separate from our shipping fees.
