Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY
30-Day Quality-Related Returns
If your tattoo machine has a manufacturing defect or a fault under normal use, you may request a quality-related return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@tattoocreamtktx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a return and refund or, if you prefer, an exchange. Please contact us for return instructions before sending the product.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not offer voluntary returns for change of mind. This does not affect any cancellation or return rights provided by applicable law.
Where EU or UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, eligible customers may notify us within 14 days of delivery that they wish to cancel their purchase. Applicable legal conditions and exceptions apply. Customers are responsible for direct change-of-mind return shipping costs where permitted by law.
Two-Year Limited Warranty
Our tattoo machines include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal use. Covered faults will be repaired free of charge.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by this voluntary warranty.
Shipping Costs
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer and our store will each pay 50% of reasonable shipping costs for approved quality-related returns and warranty service. We will confirm the shipping arrangement before the product is sent.
Where applicable consumer law requires us to cover these costs, we will cover them as required.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider. We will notify you when the refund has been issued.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy and our voluntary warranty do not exclude, restrict, or replace your statutory consumer rights. The 30-day return period and two-year warranty do not limit any longer or additional rights provided by applicable law.
